FAQ: What does my entry fee cover?
In addition to a great morning with your friends / family and fellow running community, your event fee goes towards the planning, organising and running of a safe and successful event as well as support our Community Foundation Grant. As part of your entry you will receive refreshments on course and at the finish line, race bib, free live entertainment AND a Sweat Vs Steam finishers memento!
FAQ: How do I register for the 2023 event?
Simple ! Enter here. Remember online entries close 5pm Friday 7 October.

FAQ: Can I edit / change my entry if I have already entered?
Please email us your details for assistance.
FAQ: Can I change events if I have already entered?
Yes, please email us your details for assistance. Additional costs may be incurred.
FAQ: Can I transfer my entry or obtain a refund?
We want to remain as flexible as possible, but also keep in mind that a lot of planning (and subsequent costs) go into the running of events. We are happy to offer a full refund (excluding any booking fees / charges) up to and including 9 September 2022 (1 month prior). Event transfer to the following year or to someone else can occur up to and including 30 September 2022.
Keep in mind this is a not for profit event, with all funds raised going back to the community. So even if you are unable to participate, you may want to consider your entry as a donation, if so, let us know. To apply for a refund or transfer, please email us with details.

FAQ: Where is the start/finish line area?
Hopwood Gardens, Echuca. Which is found at the roundabout intersecting Warren and High St Echuca.
FAQ: Is there parking available?
Just like most events, parking at the venue will always be busy on event morning and some roads will be closed. There is however lots of off street parking (please check parking restriction signs) and also at the Victoria Park Sports Complex off Crofton Street. Again please note any road closure information in our event handbook once available.
FAQ: What can I expect on event day?
At Hopwood Gardens start/finish line area you will find registration, public toilets, coffee / refreshments, water and sponsor activities and entertainment. We will have an announcer to ensure you know where to be and when for your event. And don't forget to bring your family and friends!
FAQ: Will there be a bag drop available?
Stay tuned - we will confirm this closer to event day and provide details in our event handbook.
FAQ: Is there food / refreshments available?
We will have a coffee vendor, plus you are within walking distance to a number of cafes that will be open Sunday morning.
FAQ: Where would I find public toilets?
The closest public toilets are right near the start/finish line in the Port Discovery Centre. These are clearer marked. There is a second set of public toilets just down from the Discovery Centre attached to the Star Hotel via Murray Esplanade.
FAQ: How do I get my results?
Results will be posted as soon as possible online here thanks to Fast Finish Timing. As well as all entrants will receive an SMS of their results after there event so you can share online !
COURSE INFORMATION
FAQ: Where can I find the course maps?
Course maps will be updated online here. Course maps can be subject to change for reasons that may be out of our control. Finish course details will be provided in our event handbook.
FAQ: What is the course like? Is the course pram friendly?
Details on the course can be found online here, which gives explanations of what to expect. We encourage everyone to join in our running event! And the young ones love this scenic course. We just ask you to stay left and to be mindful / respectful of other runners as you go.
FAQ: Can I run with my dog?
Due to safety and the consideration of other runners, we do not permit dogs on the course.
FAQ: Will there be any nutrition / hydration provided on course?
Water yes! Please check back for details regarding any other nutrition or hydration on the course in our participant information booklet when available.
FAQ: Will there be pace makers?
Not at this stage, but if we can, we will!
FAQ: Is there a cut off time?
Due to road closures, we have cut off time of 10am. You will however still be permitted to finish after this time, you may just be asked to move off any roads as required.
FAQ: Can I run with headphones / ear phones?
While we don't encourage the use of headphones, they can impede an individuals ability to hear marshals or other course officials. Participants who chose to wear headphones on course do so at their own risk. And you must still pay attention to marshals, officials and other participants throughout the event.
FAQ: What happens if there is an extreme natural weather event (fire/flood/extreme heat)?
In the likelihood of an extreme weather event, please continually check our website & Facebook page for any updates and we will keep participants informed of any changes if required.
