Sweat Vs Steam is a unique and iconic running event held on the majestic Murray River, winding through the historic Port of Echuca.


Participants will race the PS Pevensey Paddle Steamer to reach the finish line!

Course 

Maps

The 5km & 10km courses include the beautiful Scenic Drive. (10km full lap & 5km half lap) There are off road sections where participants will be on dirt roads along the river and with an elevation gain of 8m for the 10km event, fast times are on the cards!

The 2026 Sweat vs Steam Run Event aims to raise money to support our local community, with all profits made from the event being donated to Echuca Regional Health.
